3. Audience Targeting & Engagement:

Target Audience Definition: Identify and define the target audience segments for recruitment.

Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactive posts.

Community Building: Foster a sense of community and encourage followers to share the content.


4. Ad Campaign Management:

Campaign Strategy: Develop a targeted ad campaign to reach potential recruits.

Ad Creation: Design and write compelling ad copy and visuals.

Ad Optimization: Monitor and optimize ads for maximum reach and conversion.


5. Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
